It is modern, fast and robust, which makes it ideal for work on facades. The Layher SpeedyScaf is, thanks to the versatile and well-thought-out selection of parts, as economical to use in scaffolding as it is in professional occupations.
FAST AND SIMPLE
With only six basic elements and a few manual operations, this logical and safe scaffolding is “speedy” to assemble because it is assembled without bolts. Many parts for expansion allow optimal adaptation to existing building geometries – without much extra effort during assembly. SpeedyScaf is available in different scaffolding widths, is made of hot-dip galvanized steel or light aluminium, and is suitable for all applications. The robust platform consists of an aluminum frame with riveted steel corners inserted with a plywood sheet that is protected against rot.

ACCESS TO STAIRS
The aluminum platform and the comfortable stairs provide increased safety, convenience and speed when climbing the tower. Transport of materials is also made easier by using the work platforms as versatile walkways.
In accordance with the TRBS 2121 T1 Regulations, the stairs shall be used when:
extensive work must be carried out.
the rise height in the scaffolding exceeds 10 m, or
large quantities of materials must be transported this way.
The platform type staircase is connected by means of the U-spacer connector to the main scaffolding
ANCHORAGE
The scaffolding must be anchored vertically to and parallel to the facade, with resistance to both tensile and compressive stress. Layher offers faster and safer solutions:
The SpeedyScaf wall-mounted, which is attached with a double link in the corner plate area of the Speedy mounting frame Lightweight and is supported with the fork plate on the channel section of the Speedy mounting frame Lightweight.

For external and internal brackets, continuous anchoring directly to the corner plate of the Speedy mounting frame Lightweight is possible using the top hole and ensures greater height clearance at the top of the scaffolding.
The ETICS anchorage is used for a controlled introduction of stronger forces, parallel to the facade, when using thermal insulation systems.
The Speedy Vario wall fixing system allows structurally favorable anchoring anywhere in the scaffolding, also outside the connections on the mounting frames, for example against buildings with many windows, skeleton constructions or in similar situations.
BRACKETS
The SpeedyScaf can be quickly extended inwards or outwards: the brackets are fixed with the welded-on half-coupling in the corner plate or in the corner areas with swivel brackets, using the pin on the Speedy mounting frame Lightweight, to create a platform level equal to the main scaffolding.
