BRACING FRAMES TG 60 - EVEN MORE POSSIBILITIES WITH ALLROUND SCAFFOLDING
The new Layher Allround bracing frames TG 60 have been developed as an extension of the Allround Scaffolding system.
The bracing frames TG 60 are made of steel tubes with higher strength and are braced with 2 small diagonal braces. Each individual vertical standard can be loaded with up to approx. 6 tons. The ends of the welded beams and diagonal brace are flattened. This makes the Allround rosette fully usable. To transfer tensile forces, each frame is secured to each other with hinged pins, locking pins or bolts. In this way, the towers can be assembled on the ground and placed with a crane

The perfect extension to the Allround Scaffold
Perfect compatibility – The bracing towers TG 60 are fully compatible with Allround Scaffolding. Because of this, it is easy to make extensions and adaptations to special geometries and integration to existing scaffolding. The connection is made using the tried and tested wedge heads. In this way, wasting time building with pipes and connections is avoided.
Adaptation to support grid – the TG 60 bracing towers can be positioned independently of the slab’s support grid. By using the bracing tower TG 60, an additional section can be integrated without any problems. Only the beams and the diagonal struts on one side have to be dismantled and the tower can be moved, e.g. using the mountable wheels.
DOWN CASTER SYSTEMS

TEMPORARY ACCESS SYSTEMS
The modular structure of the Allround bridge systems allows the construction of wide-span footbridges, for example at major events or during construction work, or very strong bracing structures – just by using a few accessories in addition to the Allround Scaffolding. The Allround scaffolding provides the foundation – for example for safe access routes – while the Allround bridge system transfers the loads to the support structure.
The all-round bridge system was designed as a modular lattice girder connected outside the general structure in the system dimensions of the double wedge connection. The main components of the Allround bridge system are bridge building system posts (with wedge heads welded on both sides), bridge system beams or posts and bridge systems with diagonal braces. These main components are connected together very quickly, safely and economically using bolts. Depending on the requirements, the platform surface can be built with either Event or regular Allround system platforms. Layher ‘Protect’ panels, childproof railings, temporary roof sections and other optional parts can be used with the bridge system. As a result, clear advantages can be achieved – almost regardless of requirements regarding terrain and foot traffic.
When used as a girder, installations such as podiums, roof structures and even suspended scaffolding can be installed, improving the versatility of the bridge construction design.
Structure can be assembled on the ground and lifted into place by crane or built in the final position of use using auxiliary scaffolding which is removed when the bridge is completed.
